In this class we focus on one spirit and learn in depth about the focused spirit from an industry leader, additionally you will learn on how to use the spirit in creating classic and craft cocktails, plus a mocktail through this hands on class. You will not only learn how to create a drink you may not have had, but you will also learn techniques and tips of the trade of mixology. At the end of this class you get a take home menu to recreate the drinks for family and friends.

A few good things

A monthly Pop-Up Speakeasy highlighting BIPOC creatives and artists. Think the movie Love Jones, meets Idlewild. We bring in local artists, food vendors, and an DJ all for an intimate evening. Each month the select creatives and artist we will be featured and published on social media. Limited attendance and you have to provide a passcode to Cousin Carl. Now that is a vibe!

Our multi-course chef’s tasting dinners feature the finest and freshest ingredients of the moment from the local harvest. Savor the local flavors with carefully created dishes, in a hyper-seasonal and local tasting menu created by Della Terra Chef Cody Castiglia.

APEX’s premier music venue, Kings Hall, is a showroom and graffiti art collection, and is located in the heart of Downtown Everett at 1611 Everett Ave.
