BASE FEES

$200 base fee plus hourly rates as follows:

100 or fewer guests: $75/hour

up to 200 guests: $125/hour

up to 300 guests: $175/hour

up to 500 guests: $225/hour

Services included with base fees:

Licensed Bartenders to serve mixed cocktails, mocktails, beer, and/or wine. We will bring bar tools and towels. 90 minute set up and 60 minute close down included in base fee.

Additional Options

Menu Creation / $75

When you hire the expert mixologists at Revolution by the Barrel, you have the added option of allowing us to use our expertise to create a custom menu tailored for your event. We bring custom signage and coordinate with the party to create a menu that fits the decor, style and theme of your event.

Disposable Serveware / $75 /100 Guests

We provide elegant and classy disposable cups, napkins and straws. Our serveware makes every drink look great and also takes some of the headache out of the clean up process.

Mobile Bar / $125 per bar

We provide mid-sized, portable bars for your event.

Ice & Coolers / $75 per 100 guests

Non-Alcoholic Beverages / $125 per 100 guests

We purchase and provide non-alcoholic beverages to be used as mixers or an alternative drink for your guests.

Jockey Box / $100

We provide a jockey box with two taps for your kegs. A jockey box is a mobile draft beer system built into a standard, insulated ice cooler.

No Tip Jar / 30% added to the bill total

An additional 30% will be added to the bill total if you would like us to keep the tip jar at home.

Travel Fees / all prices are for a 30 mile travel radius
